If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds depend entirely on the fare rules of your ticket:
If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, or an alternative flight at no extra cost. We will process this refund on your behalf as quickly as possible, typically within 7–14 working days of the airline processing it at their end.
If your flight is subject to a schedule change of more than 3 hours, you may be entitled to an alternative flight or a refund. We will contact you as soon as we are informed of any significant changes.
For bookings made more than 7 days before departure, you have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel for a full refund, provided you have not yet received your tickets. Contact us at info@flytripsnholidays.co.uk or call 020 8178 6446 immediately.
Once a refund is approved by the airline, we process it within 5 working days. The time taken to appear in your account depends on your bank (typically 3–10 business days for credit/debit cards).
